VEHICLE ACCIDENT ON I-59

At approximately 7:52AM on Monday, November 26, 2012, units from St. Tammany Fire Protection District No. 11, the Pearl River Police Dept. and Louisiana State Police responded to a two vehicle crash on I-59 headed southbound near exit 3. After the wreck, both vehicles ended up in the median. All occupants were alert when personnel arrived on the scene and 1 of the 3 vehicle occupants was transported to a local hospital via ambulance as precaution. The Louisiana State Police was handling the investigation.
